Clancy is a Kelt from Wessex who can be charming when he is not being cantankerous. Gifted with natural arcane abilities from some unknown source, he is not a natural born fighter and prefers to assist from the rear with his arcane powers in any fight. Clancy likes to offer blessings from the gods when he delivers many of his powers, which hints that they may be divine in origin. Yet, strangely, Clancy also will curse all of the gods when given the opportunity.
